Course Description

This course introduces students the fundamental theory of acupuncture, including the theory of meridians and collaterals, and the theory of acupoints. The detailed information related to six meridians of the hand, and Du and Ren meridians will be covered in this course.

Course Objective

Upon completion of this course, you shall be able to:

• Demonstrate understanding of the formation, development and main contents of the theory of meridians and collaterals, and the theory of acupoints, and
• Demonstrate knowledge of skills pertaining to locations, indications of the six meridians of hand and Du and Ren meridians.
