Course Description

A continuation of Subject 441. Clinical practicum (5). This course provides students with the opportunity to deal with clinical situations with advanced TCM knowledge under supervision.

The student will have the option to go to one of the TCM hospitals in China for their internship. The student will rotate in different departments in the TCM hospital, including the departments of acupuncture, internal medicine, gynecology, and dermatology.

Course Objective

Upon completion of this course, you shall be able to:

• Demonstrate knowledge of the procedure of the clinical practice of traditional Chinese medicine, and
• Demonstrate knowledge of diagnosing, and treating the patient with advanced TCM knowledge in an independent way.
