Dr. Liu earned his bachelor’s degree in Traditional Chinese medicine from Liaoning University of Traditional Chinese Medicine in 2012. He also earned his master’s degree and PhD in Acupuncture from Liaoning University of Traditional Chinese Medicine in 2014 and 2017 respectively. Dr. Liu has years of clinical and teaching experience at Shenzhen Hospital of Guangdong University of TCM, and a college in Toronto. Following Liaoning eye acupuncture master Dr. Peng Jingshan, Dr. Liu has been engaged in the research and clinical practice of eye acupuncture for years and gained tremendous experience at treating various diseases with fascia manipulation..
