Dr. Serena Wu is a TCM graduate with a Bachelor’s degree in Medicine from the Guangzhou University of Chinese Medicine (2013) in China. She currently serves on the Competency Committee for the College of Acupuncturists of Alberta. She has years of experience and training in Chinese herbal prescriptions and acupuncture treatments for common illnesses/conditions, her specialization is in post-stroke recovery, anxiety/depression/insomnia, and pain management (e.g. gout, arthritis, frozen shoulder, migraine headache, etc.). In addition to being a registered acupuncturist in Alberta, Dr. Serena Wu also passed the pan-Canadian exam for TCM Herbology in BC. She is currently teaching TCM Herbology courses at Calgary College of TCM and Acupuncture.
